Blood Work - Not Guesswork

A key part of our Platinum Health Plans is establishing your current health status. To do so we supply $300 of FREE at-home blood testing for all Platinum Health plans when you join!

Our comprehensive at-home blood testing will test 28 key health markers and provide detailed reports and recommendations. The tests are supplied by the medical company we partner with and every test/analysis uses CLIA approved finger prick technology.

Your results are uploaded to your personal health account where you will receive insights into your results and these will be reviewed and discussed with your Platinum Health Coach where your coach can make plan adjustments and recommendations as needed.

Additionally, you can generate reports of the results to share with your medical doctor should you need*

The blood collection is easy, convenient and you can even set-up a FREE video call with a phlebotomist to help you complete yours if needed.
The blood tests are HSA/FSA eligible and we can supply a pro forma itemized receipt upon request to enable you to apply for reimbursement of the bloodwork fees (up to $300 depending on your HSA/FSA)

Connect with your coach during a deep dive LIVE health Zoom call.

Discuss all areas of health, from dietary, to physical fitness to sleep & recovery to create the exact plan for you.

Receive your home blood test kit

Once you have confirmed you wish to complete your bloodwork, your coach will initiate the delivery within 3 working days of your blood testing kit.

Once you receive your Platinum Health kit; create your testing online account and complete the test. Even schedule time with a phlebotomist to help.

Once completed, send the blood sample back in the supplied packaging and await your results.

Once your test results are completed, your coach will review them and will discuss them with you on your bi-weekly LIVE call.

Recommendations and adjustments will be made according to your results that can have meaning benefit to your health journey.

My personal journey, marked by overcoming a lifelong struggle with yo-yo dieting and navigating the complexities of weight management during menopause, imbues my coaching style with a deep sense of empathy. Having discovered fitness later in life, I transitioned from a dedicated CrossFit enthusiast and competitor to someone who embraces the holistic benefits of strength training, yoga, and walking.

With a coaching experience spanning over a thousand clients, predominantly women, I've worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds and athletic levels. Whether guiding everyday exercisers, women venturing into strength training, or supporting nationally ranked competitors and endurance athletes, each coaching plan is uniquely tailored—crafted like a fingerprint with PLT Foundations at its core.

My personal commitment to health and wellness is intricately tied to my dedication to helping others achieve their goals. As a Registered Dietitian of 11 years, I have developed a wealth of skills and knowledge aimed at helping men and women achieve their health and sport’s performance goals.
I am a creative dietitian with experience working with a variety of clientele from tactical nutrition with soldiers and police officers, weight loss, GI, and sports nutrition.

I have had a specialized mentorship in the Gatorade Sports Fueling Project to train more in depth in sport’s nutrition and The Sports Nutrition Playbook for Professionals internship with Amy Goodson. As a dietitian I enjoy working with patients to achieve their best health through individualized counseling. 

With a background in sports nutrition, I design personalized plans for athletes, CrossFitters, and gym goers focusing on macro timing, fueling strategies, and recovery, ensuring optimal performance and endurance.

I have been featured in various news outlets such as US News, Forbes, Sleepopolis, Health Central, PopSugar, and Lose It. I was also a guest dietitian for PowerAbs by CrossFitter Kari Pearce where I created a guide for the new year program, answered questions throughout the challenge, and provided weekly nutrition tips/advice for the challenge participants.

From a young age, I was drawn to the kitchen, fascinated by food and flavors. As a lifelong “foodie,” my passion for food came naturally, making it easy for me to choose a direction for my career many years ago.

Growing up, I was immersed in the world of dance, which not only fuelled my love for movement but also introduced me to the early pressures of body image. The focus on weight loss and dieting was ever-present in conversations. These formative experiences shaped my understanding of the complex relationship we have with food and body image, ultimately influencing my journey as a Registered Dietitian. As I matured, my interests shifted to team sports and long-distance running, which deepened my understanding of nutrition’s role in supporting performance rather than restricting food intake for weight control.


Once I graduated as a Registered Dietitian, I spent over five years working in clinical dietetics and intensive care units, focusing on chronic diseases as well as surgical cases. I became accredited in bariatric nutrition, guiding clients through their transformative journeys following weight-loss surgery. I then transitioned out of the clinical setting and discovered my true passion for coaching clients from all walks of life, helping them achieve their unique health and wellness goals.

As a Registered Nurse and Certified Personal Trainer, I’ve dedicated my career to helping women navigate the unique physical and hormonal shifts that occur through peri/menopause—while also supporting athletic performance at every stage of life. My journey began in my 20s, earning a diploma in personal training from the National Personal Training Institute shortly after relocating to Florida.

With a lifelong background in athletics, I learned early on just how much nutrition, hydration, and recovery impact performance and overall health. That personal insight became a professional calling, leading me to pursue a nutrition certification through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine).
