I found my fitness later in life, first as a CrossFit enthusiast and competitor, and now as someone who embraces strength training for all it's immense benefits. I have personally coached over 1000 clients, women mostly, from varying backgrounds and levels of athleticism. Every day exercisers, women just starting out with strength training, as well as Nationally ranked competitors and endurance athletes. |
