Quality! PLT stands for quality :) Seriously though. The "PLT" in PLT Nutrition stands for "Personalized Lifestyle Training". Personalized: We believe that each plan and approach should be tailored to fit YOU and your specific needs and struggles. Each plan is as unique as your fingerprint! Lifestyle: We believe in helping you achieve a sustainable lifestyle, not a fad diet. This is not a quick fix solution. We want to help improve both your physical and mental health, as well as improving your life overall. Training: Finally, we believe that everyone needs a little help to improve their food habits and mindsets. Our coaches work with clients to relearn how to eat and develop healthy habits to last a lifetime. What makes PLT Nutrition different?
PLT Nutrition takes an intuitive eating approach to tracking. We don't believe in the 'track everything' approach. We don't believe in dieting for purely weight loss reasons. We believe in an approach where you are free to eat how you want, how much you need daily, around our guidelines. We believe our client connections drive the plan to a different level compared to our competitors and enables us to make each plan as unique as your fingerprint. Platinum Plans are our premium level plans provided by our Platinum team. They have a very deep health approach with a 60min intro call &. bi-weekly LIVE Zoom check-in calls. Platinum Elite comes with very personalized training plans and coaching. Platinum Nutrition has access to premium, pre-built training plans. Combining training & nutrition gives you the ultimate combination to powerhouse your health and fitness. |

How will I be paired with my personal coach?
PLT Nutrition considers many factors gathered on your personal intake form, such as: personal health circumstances, whether you require a registered dietitian, home lifestyle, exercise habits, health and weight goals, what you're looking for in a coach, and where you live. We select our coaches to have a broad team with an expansive background & training. Our coaches are based globally, in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., and South Africa, so can help support our global client based now in over 37 countries in many different time zones. What are the qualifications of your coaches?
All our health coaches are industry qualified experts. Our team consists of menopausal practitioners, members of the North American & British Menopause Society, Registered Dietitians, Certified Nutritionists, and Holistic Practitioners. Will I meet my coach face-to-face?
Yes! PLT Nutrition, unlike our competitors, provides you with a face-to-face video Meet & Greet call before your plan ever starts. On the call, your personal nutrition coach will get even more detail on your dietary history and struggles. They'll begin to make the Client-Coach connection that's unique to PLT Nutrition. |

When does my plan start?
Your plan starts when you agree a start date with your health coach. Your weeks don't commence until you have met personally with your coach and agreed on a suitable day to start. This way you never lose any paid for weeks. What is the difference in plans available?
We have 2 types of plans: Platinum: PLT plans: Foundations & Continuous Effort both have the same HIGH level service and support. Both plans have the same approach. They start with a foundational 4 weeks and move into a more intuitive and relaxed approach. Both plans come with a 30min LIVE Meet & Greet Zoom call to meet your coach and get everything ready for your health journey. You will receive a personalized, and fully customized macro based health plan, with bi-weekly check-ins via recorded coach video (occasionally it can be sent via message) and a once a month LIVE Zoom call check-in. Monthly plans are contract based. When you select either the Foundations or Continuous Effort plan you are contracted to pay all the months (3 or 6) in the plan. The Platinum Plans includes highly personalized or pre-built strength training programs and bi-weekly LIVE check-in calls. Is this plan macro-based?
Yes, PLT Nutrition asks clients to loosely track their food and work towards our macro ranges. If a client would prefer to not track they can work with their coach on lifestyle changes and use portion control and sharing pictures of meals via the Food Journal in our App. When you track, In the initial few weeks we will ask you to track all you eat, because we need to see how much fiber you are consuming, but once you are tracking and eating well we always make things more relaxed. There's a list in the Approach to Coaching document of the foods we suggest to not track. Will you tell me what to eat?
No, PLT Nutrition doesn't believe meal plans are a good approach. Your personal coach will definitely help you make better informed choices to achieve your goals, but they won't deliver you a meal plan. Meal plans are restrictive and passive, and they won't teach you how to eat in the long term and we believe in a lifelong sustainable approach to eating. Want to read more? Absolutely! We have been working primarily with menopausal women for 6 years and with proven results. We even have coaches who are menopausal practitioners and members of the North American & British Menopause Society. in fact, 93% of our clients are peri/post menopausal, its an area we specialize in. Improved nutrition and exercise/movement patterns are the first line of defense for symptoms! I am using a GLP-1 weight loss medication under direction from my Doctor. Can you help me?
Yes, we have many clients who are on Wegovy, Contrave or Tirzepetide weight loss medication and we are helping them sustain a healthy, nutritious and balanced diet whilst they lose weight. Our method of lifestyle change compliments the weight loss medications as it helps our clients sustain their weight loss which the drug alone does not support. Do you accept HSA/FSA?
Yes, our website will accept HSA/FSA card. If you don't have a card, we have an NPI (Network Provider Identification) number and can provide a detailed invoice should you request one. What is your refund policy?
