Welcome to May!

The month of May is named after Maia, the Roman goddess of fertility, and it's a month that celebrates the blossoming buds of flowers as nature prepares itself for summer.
At PLT Nutrition we’re celebrating the month of May and the newfound energy it brings. In the Northern hemisphere, we say good-bye to cold, winter days and hello to the warmth and sunshine of the outdoors.
